Longer than most ropes which makes it great for face pulls as well as other movements. I liked it so much, I bought a second one, so I can have them setup on both pulleys of my functional trainer. I also attach them both to a single pulley to make an extra long rope. The included carabiner is strong and perfect for my 200lb weight stack.

The product was as described.I purchased the black and red synthetic rope. Has a good a solid metal attachment and snap hook.Large rubber ends so your hands don’t slip off.The only thing that could be better is a thicker snap hook.I’m an avid gym goer, I would recommend this product.

Excellent. Glad I chose the longer rope than the 24 inch. 24 is just too short. I am able to take this to the gym and not touch the filthy 24 inch one there which sometimes you cant find. The rubber stoppers are more like a shiny plastic look than what I expected but I am happy. Pricey but worth it. I was concerned about the rope diameter as I wanted thicker but it was fine. None the less, I feel I bought quality.
