I got these (I did receive four even though I only pictured 3; the other one is in good use right now!) to attach to resistance bands so I could clip my favorite handle to them for PT work. As I’m really only using them on a 35 lb band, they work great; as an overall lat pulldown clip, they’re a bit small in my opinion.Overall though they work fantastic for my needs and I’m happy to have 4 of them as I always seem to not be able to find them and don’t have that issue anymore.
