   I’ve been using a light weighted ball to rehab my shoulder, and I left it in a hotel room. The old one was cooler looking than this one (patterned colors), but I’m not too concerned with the appearance. This replacement works just as well. It’s the right weight, it’s squishy, and it’s perfect for what it is!

   I decided to get this rather than a different shaped weight so I could use it during aerobic workouts or take it out running. It’s a great addition to a walk or run, giving a good overall upper body workout if you get creative in how you move it around. Its surface has a little tack to it, though not sticky, so it is easily held in one hand and doesn’t slip out when passing left and right.

   Just get one – you’ll see why its an excellent item to purchase for any shoulder injury rehab exercises… I have a 2,2 # to warm up with – then go onto this one for the real deal… Easy to grip – great for single arm stability exercises for shoulder pre-hab or rehab. Not a medicine ball so don’t start bouncing it on gym floor – use for its intended purpose and it should service your needs for a long time with care.

   They were a bit bigger than I was expecting. I didn’t really look at the size and it wouldn’t have stopped me from buying them. My hands are on the smaller side so I feel they’re a little bit big. I keep them in the box they came in so I don’t have the problem that others do about leaving marks.

   Perfect to sit on my desk at work. Whenever I want I just pick up the ball and toss it and snatch it from the air for arm exercise. I can take it on walks with me, as well. It’s a great product!

    A little larger than I expected for a 2-lb toning ball, but it matches the description perfectly. Now that I have it, the ball still hasn’t made it down to my home gym. I like to use it lifting behind my heard when I’m listening to a conference call, and 2 lbs is perfect for improving my posture and releasing tension. I may order a second for use while doing Pilates.

    As described the 4 lb. green ball, sent by seller because the 3 lb. ball yellow wasn’t heavy enough and had a weird ingredient in the inside of the ball.The green 4 lb. is really a good weight and what I really wanted in the 1st place. Communication from the seller was perfect and appreciated. Thanks for being a good company to work with.

    The product was purchased because it’s the same one used by my physical therapy center. I wanted to continue my therapy at home, in between official sessions. The product works exactly as expected and it’s great for core strengthening exercises.

    they were a little big for my hands so I used a ball inflating needle to let out some air to make them fit my small hands. Now my workouts are more intense and fun. I highly recommend these.

    Bought this to use on my 4 yr old son. He is not a morning person and has some sensory processing quirks. His Occupational therapist suggested he lay on his belly and rub the ball across his back, legs and arms. He absolutely loves it and it helps him start his day in a better place.

    I bought a couple ( a 5 & 6 Lb. ) to use for strength building for my golf swing. Saw a pro using one and thought I would try it. He used a 6 lb one. I think a better fit for me would be 3 or 4 lb to start with. ( He holds it instead of a club in his back swing and then casts it down to where the ball would be using his golf swing. ) I happened to use it for a swing target to work on head alignment at contact. The balls are very tough and stand up well to being hit with a golf club.You easily can feel if you are off center or have a misaligned golf club head at contact. Also the ball will move forward a few feet with a vigorous swing !

    This ball is a must for a quarantind fitness buff. I have two and incorporate them both into my aerobic exercises. The balls are easy to hold and toss. Once your hands get a little sweaty it’s almost impossible to drop them. Use them both to toss in the air or just one, if you prefer. Be creative and invent your own routines. A great investment for little cost.

    Updated April 8,2020; After about two weeks of regular use(passing back and forth, lifting,etc) it started to lose air to the point we can no longer use it.Absolutely perfect for both of my sons to build their muscles. One is autistic and the other just needs an extra boost.

    The 8 pounds of sand makes a bit of noise as you toss it around. However, it is comfortable and easy to use while still much less expensive than other brands. I may buy a higher weight if they offer it.

    So husband ordered this for his work not realizing just how small it is. Maybe 5 inches across total. It is very heavy for it’s size. It does not work for future soldier testing, but is great for using at home. Our kid has SPD and using this during her calm times to weigh down her lap has been absolutely wondrous for her rest time.

    I bought this ball on the recommendation of the golf pro I am working with, as a way to practice my swing. The price is significantly cheaper than the other medicine balls I see on Amazon, yet the quality seems very good. Time will tell if it is as durable as I think it will be. No complaints so far.
