Firstly, please try to contact your local Post Office to ask about your package, maybe they are still holding your package in their facility. Please keep us followed on this case, so that we can see how it process to have a suitable solution.

No, you cannot. At the moment, we do not update this option yet. We will inform you when we completely set up this process later.

A2ZCare’s handling time takes up to 1-2 business days for each package. We choose USPS as our shipping carrier at the moment. Following the USPS policy, your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days after handling at our facility. So, a package can take up to 3-5 business days to be delivered to you.

Once your order is shipped we will send a confirmation email to you including a tracking number which is available to be tracked on either USPS or UPS website. If you are having trouble with tracking your order, please contact us.

It is easy and simple. Once you log in to your account. On the left side platform, you can see variety list. Click the “Addresses” option, here you can edit your shipping or billing address in respectively.

Yes, you can. When you register an account, we will provide you two options of filling address: Billing Address and Shipping Address. Click on “Edit” to edit your address.

If you are ordering without an account, you select the “Ship to the different address” under the Billing Address section at the Checkout Page. Then, you can fill your shipping address right below.
