RETURN POLICY
1.Incorrect or Damaged Product Received
If you received the wrong item in your order or if your order was damaged during shipment, please contact us within 30 days after your purchase so that we can direct you on how to return any items to us and we can ship the proper items to you. After this time, we reserve the limit or decline returns.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card. You will receive the credit within 24-48 hours, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Please include your name, order number, description of the issue, and any photos you can provide of the incorrect and/or damaged items.
2. Unsatisfaction
If for any reason you find our product unsatisfactory or if you change your mind, you may return the product within 30 days of receipt for a refund or credit towards another purchase.
Please notice that due to the high cost associated with returns, a re-stocking fee of 15% will be applied on all returns that are not the result of our errors. The re-stocking fee will be deducted from your total refund when the return is processed. Any restocking or nonrefundable shipping fees will be discussed with you prior to us authorizing the return. Please also note that with the exception of our errors, all shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
