  3. Please note that these toning balls are not a bouncing ball. We do NOT recommend using it on a mini-trampoline (re-bounder) or slam it on the floor.

 

CLEANING and PRESERVATION

Arm Strengthening

 

  1. In a sitting, standing, or lying position, extend the soft weight out away from your body
  2. Depending on your strength and level of fitness, hold a weighted ball (2–8 pounds) overhead with both hands.
  3. Slowly raise the medicine ball until it’s above your head. You’ll get more out of the move if you raise and lower in a slow and controlled manner

 

Thigh Strengthening

 

  1. Lie down with the exercise ball between your shins, squeezing it to hold it in place.
  2. Keep your hips stacked and abs tight to stabilize your body.
  3. Squeeze your inner thighs and contract your waist and hip muscles to lift the ball in the air.
  4. Slowly lower the ball and repeat

 

Abdominal Strengthening

 

  1. Lie on your back and place your feet on a wall. Squeeze the soften ball between your knees and your hips are bent at 90-degree angles. Tighten your abdominal muscles.
  2. Raise your head and shoulders off the floor.
  3. Return to the start position and repeat.
